Sam is one of the owners of Austin Fitness Clinic. He holds a degree in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Sam also runs the Austin Longevity Clinic: a full-service approach focusing on pliability, injury treatment/prevention, and functional quality of life. This concierge platform is designed for busy but committed clients that don’t have the bandwidth to program strength, mobility, and nutrition for themselves.

Marci is one of the owners of Austin Fitness Clinic. She holds a degree in Exercise Science from Texas State University, and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Marci works with a wide variety of female clients helping them develop a life-long fitness and nutrition plan. She specializes in women’s health: peri-menopause thru post-menopause, post-natal and post-hysterectomy recovery. By changing nutrition, stress, sleep, and activity patterns, Marci’s goal is to help clients navigate their health and all the stages that go along with it. Yes, we as women have many hormonal stages in life!
She also works with a wide variety of general fitness clients helping them lead healthy, active, pain-free lives. Marci helps clients train correctly for their age and hormonal stage as well as provides support on nutrition and lifestyle changes to achieve wellness.

Yvette is a combat veteran who proudly serves her country as a member of the Texas Army National Guard. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion with a specialization in Health Fitness Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently holds a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Yvette specializes in functional training methods that focus on correcting postural, strength and flexibility imbalances. From chronic pain, post-rehab, and injury prevention to weight loss, Yvette’s main focus is not only to improve her clients’ fitness level but to also improve their quality of life in the process.

Rhonda is a hybrid coach, uniquely blending both personal training and clinical manual therapy to optimize her clients’ quality of life, health, and wellness.
After analyzing a client’s movement and posture, Rhonda reduces pain and increases performance with a combination of hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, functional movement, and nutritional guidance. The overall goal is returning a client to a pain-free, fulfilling life.

Mason realized the need for personal development while attending The University of Texas at Austin. He first pursued his passion for physical exercise and then applied those critical lessons to other areas of growth. He now uses his Kinesiology and Health degree and NASM trainer certification to aid anyone on their journey to better themselves.
Mason’s goal for others is to live a holistically pain-free and active lifestyle. Mason focuses on strength, flexibility, and postural imbalances, pre- and post-surgery therapy, movement training, and athletic performance.

Brianna works with a variety of people to help them achieve pain-free movement, overall strength, confidence, a more active lifestyle, and a better relationship with their body. Brianna takes a holistic approach to her clients and their goals and enjoys educating her clients on the subjects of exercise, nutrition, and general health and wellness. She is passionate about helping people work towards being the best version of themselves. Brianna loves to see her clients accomplish things they never thought possible.
Brianna has a B.S. in Exercise Science from The University of Texas at Austin and is certified through the American Council on Exercise. She also has experience working in physical therapy clinics.

Blane is a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine and has a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Texas at Austin. He has experience working with first time exercisers to athletes of all ages.
Blane knows how overwhelming and time consuming it can be to start your own health and wellness journey, especially while dealing with preexisting injuries and limitations. Keeping this in mind, Blane programs the minimum effective dose of dietary change, corrective exercise and resistance training to help guide his clients’ towards their health and fitness goals.
