Rhonda is a hybrid coach, uniquely blending both personal training and clinical soft tissue hands-on therapy, like Active Release Techniques®, to optimize her clients’ quality of life and work towards health and wellness.
As a hybrid coach, Rhonda can take better care of her clients and work with a wide variety of clients. After analyzing a client’s movement and posture, Rhonda can then apply hands-on therapy to address dysfunction and pain and select specific exercises to correct body imbalances and asymmetries. She helps return her clients to optimal movement and a healthy lifestyle, through functional performance training, pre and post rehab training, strength improvements, and enhancing recovery.
Rhonda also utilizes manual therapy techniques like neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, orthopedic, corrective, sports, medical, and body mobilization to help her clients with pain relief and discomfort from muscular and flexibility imbalances.
Rhonda is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Certified Provider and a licensed massage therapist. She has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and majored in Exercise Science at The University of Texas at Austin.
Rhonda has completed an internship program with Austin Fitness Clinic, Functional Sports Therapy and Fitness, North Austin Sports Medicine, and the Fitness Institute of Texas.

Tierney enjoys helping a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals looking for stress relief, relaxation or those working to overcome serious injuries. She specializes in sports massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy as well as pain and stress management. Tierney focuses on relieving pain and stress, increasing performance, and improving the quality of life for each of her clients. She is a certified orthopedic massage specialist; this certification has expanded her ability to work with injuries.
Tierney believes in tailoring a massage towards the individual needs of each client by using multiple modalities to get the best results possible.
She received her BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University - Commerce, where she was also a collegiate athlete competing in the high jump. This sports background provides Tierney with a unique insight into the mind, body, and spirit of a performance-oriented athlete. She has been practicing massage since 2007.
The study of massage has allowed her to combine her love of athletics with a life-long passion for helping people. She believes that the body has a natural ability to heal itself and that massage can aid in this by decreasing stress, alleviating muscular pain and supporting the body’s natural processes.
When she isn’t massaging, Tierney enjoys spending time with her husband, twin toddlers and two dogs, gardening, cooking, and working out.
