Marci is Vice President and Owner of Austin Fitness Clinic. She has a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies: Fitness and Nutrition from Texas State University, and holds a CPT certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Marci works with a wide variety of clients helping them develop a life-long fitness and nutrition plan. She specializes in working with clients who have chronic pain as a result of postural imbalances and an inactive lifestyle as well as postpartum conditions including diastasis recti and incontinence. She also works with a wide variety of general fitness clients helping them lead healthy, active, pain-free lives. Marci helps clients train for various recreational sports as well as provides support on nutrition and lifestyle changes to achieve wellness.
With a BS in Kinesiology from The University of Texas, Jake Norman is a certified fitness specialist, licensed massage therapist, and active release techniques (ART) provider. ART is a state of the art soft tissue therapy that precisely evaluates and treats injuries. With over 500 treatment protocols, art treats muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, and nerves.
Jake started his career in the health industry as a trainer that specialized in functional performance and rehabilitation. Before becoming an art provider, jake became a licensed massage therapist through the Lauterstein-Conway school of massage.

A former Division I swimmer at TCU and rower at UT, Laura has competed at an elite level. Most recently, on the world stage, Laura has earned the title of 3-time Masters Swimming World Champion, in the 50-meter breaststroke (2) and 50-meter freestyle (1). As an avid participant in swimming, Olympic weightlifting, tennis, softball, sand volleyball, water/snow skiing, archery, hiking, rafting, and kayaking, Laura understands the need for a strong, healthy body to enjoy an active lifestyle for decades to come.

With close to a decade of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Sharon brings enthusiasm, energy, and expertise to every interaction with every client. She understands the unique needs of busy parents, business professionals, and high school/college students who are committed to making fitness a priority. Her personal training philosophy is that what you do inside the gym should enhance your life outside the gym. She believes in a whole-body, balanced approach to life.
Certified by the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Sharon specializes in goal-setting for maximum health and transformation, weight loss, nutrition, functional core training, and focused preparation for specific activities, including marathons, triathlons, and other intensive physical challenges. An avid runner, cyclist and hiker, she also practices what she preaches.
When not guiding clients to their personal-fitness best, Sharon stays busy as the mom of three children.
Rhonda’s main goal is to optimize her clients’ quality of life through fitness, health, and wellness, by combining fitness training with massage therapy.
Through functional performance training, pre and post rehab training, strength improvements, enhancing recovery, and correcting body imbalances, her goal is to return her clients to optimal movement and a healthy lifestyle. Rhonda has completed an internship program with Austin Fitness Clinic, Functional Sports Therapy and Fitness, North Austin Sports Medicine, and The Fitness Institute of Texas.
As a massage therapist, Rhonda helps her clients looking for pain and stress relief, discomfort from muscular and flexibility imbalances, and relaxation. She focuses on techniques like deep tissue, Swedish, orthopedic, and body mobilization techniques.

Mason realized the need for personal development while attending The University of Texas at Austin. He first pursued his passion for physical exercise and then applied those critical lessons to other areas of growth. He now uses his Kinesiology and Health degree and NASM trainer certification to aid anyone on their journey to better themselves.
Mason’s goal for others is to live a holistically pain-free and active lifestyle. Mason focuses on strength, flexibility, and postural imbalances, pre- and post-surgery therapy, movement training, and athletic performance.

Yvette is a combat veteran who proudly serves her country as a member of the Texas Army National Guard. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion with a specialization in Health Fitness Instruction from the University of Texas at Austin. She currently holds a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise.
Yvette specializes in functional training methods that focus on correcting postural, strength and flexibility imbalances. From chronic pain, post-rehab, and injury prevention to weight loss, Yvette’s main focus is not only to improve her clients’ fitness level but to also improve their quality of life in the process.
